The article describes SpyPal Cloud for Android’s commitment to compatibility of target devices for the Software application installation. It also describes how a user may introduce changes to a target device for the Software installation.
Requirements
- Android 7 or higher.
- Physical access to the target device is required to install the app.
- A rooted Android phone is required for premium features like reading chats on Messenger, Snapchat, LINE and Skype, and monitoring the target device's emails.
Check Your Android Version
- On your Android device, open the menu and tap System Settings.
- Scroll down and tap About.
- Find the Android version of your device.
Installation
- Download the installation apk file from your product email.
- Install SpyPal Cloud for Android on the device you want to monitor. Grant all permissions when prompted, and then tap on Hide Me button to hide the app.
- Log in to SpyPal Cloud for Android dashboard on any Mac or PC to check the target device's activity logs.
Special Notice
- All Android target devices are supported, although some may have aspects regarding permissions due to the fact that they have their own customized OS. Besides, install steps may be slightly different depending on the make and model of the target device.
- Even if your target device is compatible with these requirements, we may not guarantee that all the features of SpyPal Cloud for Android under the subscription plan will correctly run on a target device. It may contain bugs, which should be fixed in future updates.

You are aware that before installing the Software you are required to check the compatibility requirements for your target device. In case your device is not compatible with the Compatibility Policy, you may not install and use the Software application and all negative consequences and responsibility will be borne by you.
